North Conemera

North Conemera is the smallest of the four continents and is the most mountainous. The continent takes its name from the European Explorer who discovered Alterra after sailing from Greece through a space portal in 940AD - Ariconca Conemera. Most of the continent has a cold climate, due to having a high altitude and northern areas lying in the polar regions. Creste Island, a large island south of the main landmass, is relatively mild and has a lot of thick forest.
